The shed is well built and the paint job well done. It serves it’s purpose for campsite storage and is appealing to the eyes with some decorations (signs, lights, etc.) Delivery is interesting to watch and they will place it exactly where you want it if possible. Delivery also makes sure the shed is level before they leave, which means using cement blocks and wood shims. The reason for the 3 rating is the cost. For the same price we could have purchased a considerably larger shed, same color, wiith better features from another company. So shop around and compare if you can. Beachy Barns is the only company we are permitted to use per campground rules.

Beachy Barns was great to work with! Our new shed was prefabricated at the warehouse and was built in 2 hrs. The shed is excellent quality and very sturdily built. We were so glad we added windows and 3 shelves for storage and even put a metal roof on for no maintenance. We decided to paint it gray and white ourselves and it turned out great! We added a ramp which makes it so much easier to get the lawnmower and snowblower out of the shed. It was a very smooth experience from start to finish with Dale and he kept us updated when the shed materials came in and when they were ready to schedule building. Beachy Barns is highly recommended!

We selected the 10’x20’ Cabin and had it built on-site. We chose this model for use as a planting space and storage for the yard equipment. We liked the door centered which allows us to separate the space into two areas, where larger equipment was accessible via the double doors. We use the barn to eliminate the clutter in the garage taken by tools that were infrequently used.

I would highly recommend Beachy Barns. The craftsmanship and service has been excellent. We love the customizations, including the ability to select custom colors.

I recently purchased a storage shed from Beachy Barns. It was installed this week. I had them build on site because of trees and fences prohibited bringing in a pre-built shed
There were three men putting the storage building together and they completed the task in less than a day.
The shed is well built and thus far I am very happy with the results.
I installed a gravel pad prior to the installation as I felt that would be the best long term solution. The doors of the shed came with a lock and are very sturdy. I also thought the price was very good for the quality of the shed.

We got a 10’ x 12’ mini barn from Beachy Barns. The down payment and payment set up for rent to own was extremely easy and the barn is well built and super affordable. The guy who delivered the barn was very nice and worked quickly. The barn was here, unloaded, set in place and leveled in less than an hour! He worked very meticulously on getting the barn in the right spot and getting it perfectly level. I would HIGHLY recommend Beachy Barns!

Beachy Barns has been awesome through the process! We went one weekend and picked out a shed, that turned out to be both larger and less expensive than we were expecting for what we needed. The delivery process was seamless. They called to let us know the delivery time, and once they arrived took it from there. The process of delivery was impressive to watch. With 2 wheels on one side of the sheet (under the 4×4 base), and a shed mule, they wheeled it into the yard and into position. Through the process, they were professional, and the building looks great on our property! Would recommend!

Beachy Barns custom made our shed exactly like we wanted it to be. It took a little while to jump through the permit hoops in Grove City but Kevin, our salesperson, was on it! We emailed him, called him, and even met him in person. Our shed is amazing! We even had a gravel pad put in before the shed was delivered. It was also interesting watching the shed being delivered. Our shed is 10×20 feet and it will hold multiple motorcycles. I definitely recommend this business!

Our barn was built quick and delivered and installed without any damage to our lawn or barn. The gentleman who was helping the owner with deliveries did great and was professional and friendly.

Kevin worked with us to get exactly what my wife wanted and met the HOA standards. High quality materials with top notch workmanship. Delivery was with a specialized truck trailer and moved in place with a special mule. Very little damage to the yard, only surface damage that is easily repaired. This was after couple weeks of rain making yard very soft. Service man came and anchored the shed, set the ramp, etc. All people were very competent, highly skilled and a joy to work with. Price was very fair for a custom shed delivered and set.

I bought two 10’x20′ sheds through Castle Yard Barns. The experience was great, and the communication and delivery of the sheds was easy. They had both sheds ready ahead of schedule and were patient while I finished my area due to the bad weather we have had this spring. We chose Beachy Barns after researching all the other outdoor shed providers in the Columbus area. From the moment you walk in and visit with these folks, I’m not sure why you’d go anywhere else. The showroom is exceptionally clean and all design options and choices are on display. Their pricing is straight forward, fair, and extremely competitive with all others I engaged. All that aside, what sold my wife and I was the build quality. Absolutely the best I’ve seen. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is impeccable. Once ordered, the build time was quoted at about four weeks and it was delivered at the end of the fourth week. Delivery was easy, on time, and with their process, does not damage your lawn whatsoever. If you are looking for the very cheapest shed possible, I’m afraid that’s what you’ll probably get. If you are interested in having a competitively priced, extremely well-built building from a group of honest folks, Beachy Barns is your only option. I would recommend them without reservation.

I purchased a premier high wall model which was built on-site in about 3.25 hours. Due to the size of the shed I had to have city permit. I had no troubles during the inspection process, the inspector even made a comment that the shed was well built. I am very satified with the shed and the customer service of the Beachy Barns employees.

My brother-in-law is an exceptional craftsman. He told me he was impressed with the quality of build. That said it all for me… Side note, I used the Beachy Barns recommendation company for a gravel pad (it’s on their web site) and was very pleased with that work also.

They were really great to work with and the product you get is found no where else in the area for the price. If you are going get your shed at one of those big box stores you are wasting your money. My in-laws have one from one of those big box stores and the quality is not even in the same league.

Great place to get a custom built shed. Very nice people and reasonable prices….I would like to add (BEWARE) You need to paint your shed within 60 days in order to not void the warranty. This is not informed up front. So keep this in mind with winter weather coming.

Great experience overall and cannot recommend them enough! From ordering the shed, the communication, to delivery. We were told the delivery would be between 9 and 10 am. Driver got there at 9:00, had the shed off the truck and placed on our cement slab within 30 minutes. Price was the best around for a quality built out building.

Very happy with our shed. They are busy so there was a few month wait time to have ours constructed, but everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional and answered any questions we had quickly.

The shed builder tool on the website was super helpful and allowed us to really design what we wanted in our own time with no pressure to commit. Pricing was very transparent and accurate. When I emailed questions, I got prompt and helpful responses. About a week before our shed was ready to be installed, we got a call from Beachy Barns, checking to see if a certain date and time would work for us. The installation team arrived punctually, was kind and patient in working with us to decide on a good location for the shed, were very industrious and efficient the whole time they were at our house and, having done a great job, left about two and a half hours later. Just got a Beachy Barn from existing inventory. I love this 10 x 8 shed. It is beautiful with the vinyl siding, metal roof, pressure treated floor and transom windows on all 4 sides. My yard has a giant hill in the back, and they were able to put the shed on a piered foundation and hang it over the hill and it looks great. We had a great experience with Beachy Barns! We were able to visit and check out the buildings in person and shop on their website before purchasing. Shannon in the office was really helpful and we were impressed by the crew that came out – our 8×12 shed was built & painted in about 4hrs. It’s high quality, very sturdy, & we get compliments on it regularly.

After two years of having a 9X10 shed installed next to our pool, it is evident that the footer board around the perimeter of the shed was not sealed correctly and the edges of the siding was not painted or sealed. There is water “wicking” up into the wood on the inside and when it rains hard, water visibly runs into the shed. I notified Shannon at their office months ago and followed up with multiple emails. They are now ignoring me and I have to figure out how to get the shed sealed up from common rain events. Avoid this company unless you want your shed to rot in a few years and your garden tools to rust.

After coordinating a swimming pool design and installation for our home, we began looking for a good option to serve as an outbuilding that could serve as a pool house/garage for our home. Upon meeting with the sales rep. at Beachy Barns, we found an option that was exactly what we needed, and was built with the quality and craftsmanship that we desired. Easy to customize, the design matches our existing home, and was built onsite in just one day’s time! They allowed us to have our own contractor to do the concrete foundation, and were able to flex while building on site to match the slab. The quality is par none and was well worth the money!

Our shed was destroyed by a tree falling on it. Went to Beachy Barns and they helped us design a new one, from style, we chose the cabin, the outside color, the inside, shelves and or loft, shingles for roof, we were able to pick exactly what we were looking for. They came out, very professional and knowledgeable, had the structure up in under 3 hours. It’s beautiful and we love it and very happy with the craftsmanship and looks of the building.
One more thing. It was a one-stop shop. They handled everything. Removal of old shed, site prep, building, and painting. All in one phone call. Price was better than anywhere we checked, considering most sheds don’t come with floors, shingles, or paint, not to mention site prep and the manpower to build it. Excellent service and quality materials used.

Our new 16 x 24 shed was installed today. Beachy Barns has been great to deal with since the start. They quoted exactly what I wanted, walked me through the drawing, permits, install. Everything is exactly like we agreed. The installation team of 3 showed up at 7am. They were done by 3:30. Very professional in appearance, actions and workmanship. Overall great experience. After a big box store (Lowes) delayed my shed by over a year, I finally got a refund and took my business to Beachy. They cost only a little more than what I paid for at Lowe’s but I can now tell the quality of the shed is far better from Beachy.

I am completely satisfied, amazed, and happy with the custom Quaker style shed I purchased from Beachy Barns. I was able to select and design a shed in the price range, with the options that I needed. I have a double-door big enough for my mower, a side door to enter easily to a bench space, and a sunny window space – under 3 windows – to set up seedlings. I was able to pick custom colors to match the house. They even painted the inside of the doors, so that they match the exterior color when open.

The beach’s barns staff were easy to work with on our design needs. During the barn prep offsite they were responsive and open to requests for changes before build. They installed the barn on site in one day and the work was awesome!
