  • Cash, check or credit card on delivery
  • 4" deep pad of ¾" crushed stone base 1' larger than building on all 4 sides is highly recommended. Must be level. Remove sod and fill back in with stone or build a frame to contain stone.

  • If permission is granted to enter yard, we are not responsible for yard damage. With our mule, damage to your yard is not very likely.


Siding Options
Duratemp pre-primed Duratemp - 5/8" Plywood siding with 1/8" primed, hardboard face. Rough sawn texture looks natural, resists dents, checks and cracks. Must be painted. Best option if you want a painted building, because it is pre-primed
T-11 barn siding T-111 - High quality 5/8" rough-sawn plywood siding with vertical grooves 8" on center. Must be painted or stained. Best option if you want to stain and have a rustic, natural wood appearance.
Double 4
4		 Vinyl - OSB subsiding covered with vinyl siding, soffit and aluminum facial. Doors trimmed with aluminum clad 1x4. Vinyl buildings have a 4' ridge vent instead of 8 x 16 aluminum vents. The best option for a totally maintenance free building.
