The Cabin

The Cabin has 7' walls, a steeper roof, and a loft above the overhang. It is ideal for a hunting cabin, weekend get-a-way, playhouse (kids or grandparents), or as an attractive storage shed.
Built to the same specs as our other buildings, the Cabin comes with a single door, double doors, porch floor,and posts.
* 8’- 10’ wide have 4’ porch
* 12’-14’-16’ wide have 6’ porch

Customer Responsibility

  • Painting or staining and caulking
  • Building and zoning permits
  • Cash, check or credit card on delivery
  • 4" deep pad of ¾" crushed stone base 1' larger than building on all 4 sides is highly recommended, but not required. Must be level. Remove sod and fill back in with stone or build a frame to contain stone. See photos for ideas.
  • If permission is granted to enter yard, we are not responsible for yard damage. With our mule, damage to your yard is not very likely.

 

    

Duratemp
5/8" Plywood siding with 1/8" primed, hardboard face. Rough sawn texture looks natural, resists dents, checks and cracks. Must be painted. Best option if you want a painted building, because it is pre-primed		 T-111
High quality 5/8" rough-sawn plywood siding with vertical grooves 8" on center. Must be painted or stained. Best option if you want to stain and have a rustic, natural wood appearance.		 Vinyl
OSB subsiding covered with vinyl siding, soffit and aluminum facia. Doors trimmed with aluminum clad 1x4. Vinyl buildings have a 4' ridge vent instead of 8 x 16 aluminum vents. The best option for a totally maintenance free building.
